Good question. As you read or listen to the book, you will begin practicing and implementing each thinking tool. As you continue to use them, the brain slowly brings these thinking tools to an automatic thinking response. Over time, these thinking tools become second nature as they merge together as a collective thought process. How long it takes to master these thinking tools will depend on how often they are utilized in your own thinking process. Teaching them to your children right along with you learning them is a great start.
Yes! When these critical thinking skills are modeled, encouraged, and taught from an early age, these thinking patterns become the neuropathways that automatically become their thinking pattern.
